When you need collision work or have been in an accident you may have a lot of questions. We try to make it easy for our customers.  Here are some questions and answers that may be helpful.

How do I get a claim number for the repair work from my insurance company?
Claim numbers are issued by your insurance company at the time you report your accident. Write it down and bring it in with you when you come in. We will take care of the rest with your insurance company.

How long will it take to get my car back?
Every collision repair is different so that is hard to answer in a general way on this web site. We will give you an estimate on the time it will take to repair your vehicle. Our 35 years of experience and highly trained technicians work fast to get you back in your vehicle. From working with insurance, ordering parts and paint, we are expert and efficient with all of it.

How can I get a rental car?
We can help you get a rental care if needed. We have a good relationship with local car rental agencies. Insurance companies will only pay for a rental car if that is a part of your policy. Check your policy and call your insurance company to see if you have rental coverage.

Can I get other service work done on my vehicle while it is in the Body Shop?
Yes. We are a full service mechanical repair shop so let us know if there is other work you would like done when we are handling your collision work.

Do you do non-insurance collision work?
Yes. We do collision repair work that does not involve insurance. We fix the car for the owner and want them to be a satisfied customer whether or not the work is covered by an insurance claim.

Is there a guarantee on the paintwork needed for my vehicle?
Yes. We have a lifetime guarantee on paint.

Who do I pay my deductible to?
It will be your responsibility to pay us when you pick up your vehicle. If you aren't sure about your deductible, call your agent and he or she can tell you whether your insurance company has waived your deductible or whether it will be your responsibility.

What forms of payment you accept?
Cash and checks are always welcome. We also accept all debit and credit cards
